Your application's file number is the key to use when you refer to your application. When you submitted the application, the key was automatically generated and given to you on the screen and was included in the confirmation e-mail you received.
This page helps you retrieve the file number in case you lost it. The file number is retrieved and sent to you via e-mail using the same e-mail address you provided with your application. The e-mail will also contain a security code which you may use to reset your password. If you did not provide an e-mail address in your application, then you cannot use this tool. In this case, please contact DigiPen for help.
Please check your e-mail for the list of applications you previously submitted, if any. The e-mail also contains a security code which you may use to reset your password in case you for got it.
Resetting the password is optional. Click Skip if you already have it, but you only wanted to retrieve the file number of your application. Otherwise, enter the file number of the application, the security code that you must have received in the e-mail, and the new password you want to set. Please note that each application has it's own file number and password.
